During my time at the Deep Orange Vehicle Prototyping Program, I gained hands-on experience in building vehicles from concept to completion. This involved defining vehicle-level specifications and breaking them down to component-level requirements, ensuring that each part met the intended use case and performance goals. As a member of the vehicle performance team, I was tasked with designing and manufacturing chassis components related to suspension, brakes, and steering systems. My strong attention to detail, coupled with my proficiency in CAD and FEA software, allowed me to excel in these tasks. Additionally, I collaborated closely with other sub-team members to resolve component packaging issues, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of all parts.
Throughout my master’s program in Automotive Engineering, I developed skills in data acquisition and analysis, allowing me to assess vehicle behavior and make data-driven improvements. I also gained in-depth knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes specific to the automotive industry. Earning my Six Sigma Black Belt certification in quality assurance further equipped me with the skills to implement process improvements and maintain high standards in my work.
Thank you for considering my application. I am eager to bring my expertise and enthusiasm to your team and contribute meaningfully to your projects.
