As a Process Engineer, I apply my theoretical knowledge and practical skills in process engineering to ensure safe, efficient, and optimized plant operation. I monitor the performance of various units, such as crude distillation, hydrogen production, naphtha hydrotreating, isomerization, and reformer complex, and design and procure process equipment, such as heat exchangers, vessels, separators, pumps, and control valves.
I also participate in process modifications, P&ID verification, catalyst loading & unloading, field trial runs, equipment comparison, and Management of Change (MOC) studies. I have successfully optimized the LPG treatment section and reduced downtime during catalyst loading, resulting in enhanced productivity and quality. I am proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen EDR, Fischer Control Valve, and HTRI Software.
Alongside my work at ARL, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Process Systems Engineering at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), where I learn advanced concepts and methods in process simulation, optimization, control, and design. I am also interested in research and development, sustainability and development, and chemical safety, and have obtained multiple certifications in these areas. My goal is to be associated with a growing and productive organization that values determination and hard work, and provides opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.
