Pradeep Bhalla is a self-employed Principal Consultant with significant experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) management consultancy.

He specializes in designing and delivering bespoke training modules for organizations in accordance with their strategic goals and development objectives. He has enormous experience in delivering safety training and workshops to leadership teams and staff across all levels. He has effectively steered a paradigm shift from reactive to proactive safety culture by implementing Behaviour Based Safety Programs. He has successfully managed safety culture transformation initiatives for large-scale and complex international projects by implementing systematic problem-solving techniques. He has vast knowledge of worldwide HSE laws, having worked extensively across different regions.

He is a Civil Engineer with more than 37 years of experience in the energy generation, petrochemical, process industry, construction and engineering sectors. Pradeep was the Regional QHSE Manager with Aggreko (from 2000–2010) covering around 60 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, South America, and Africa. Subsequently, he worked at ABB in Qatar as the Country HSE Manager (from 2010–2016) and in Singapore as the HUB HSE Manager for the Asia Pacific region (from 2016–2022). He steered and led efforts in enhancing safety culture and performance and has many years of experience in handling large installation projects in power plants.

Pradeep is also engaged as an Associate Auditor and Consultant with British Safety Council (BSC) conducting audits based on Five Star rating and certified for culture transformation change initiatives. He is also a registered tutor for IOSH and NEBOSH accreditations.
