A devout material scientist specialized in heterogeneous catalysis with more than a decade of industrial experience. Sustainable chemical processes, clean energy, CO2 capture and utilization, value-addition of biomass, carbon-based catalysis and hydrogen economy are some areas that intrigue me. Lead technical teams for coordinated execution of internal and customer related projects. Head continuous improvement projects and COPQ reduction activities using tools like - SIX sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Although innovating novel catalysts and engaging in state-of-the-art catalytic processes are my forte, I have strong inclination towards leadership and management with an entrepreneurial acumen. Working for start-ups and large corporates has helped me explore facets of business from two different worlds.
