Basics of Piping Engineering/Plant layout

This course will help the leaner to have basic understanding of plant layout, equipment arrangement, and system functionality associated with one or more fields of endeavor, such as oil and gas, industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or power plant.

The primary goal of the course is to improve the understanding of the field and to develop the competency required for piping engineer. Specifically, the objectives are to:

Introduce the key elements of plant layout and piping,

Provide the most relevant working knowledge for engineers to quickly become net contributors in the piping engineering field
